Your tasks

• Daily review and control of sales based on the Rosewood SOPs
• Review cancellations, paid outs, no shows, credit limits and miscellaneous bookings
• Compilation of the daily package for the management
• Control of house receipts
• Checking the cashiers' over/shorts
• Control of credit notes and F&B in general
• Daily processing of the accounting folder
• Quarterly control of all cash registers in cooperation with the Finance Manager
• Guest correspondence
• Assisting all departments to resolve control issues
• Support for various projects of the Director of Finance Business Partner
• Organization of accounting filing and archives
• Assistance with credit card reconciliations
• Outgoing invoices and accounts receivable management
• Daily sales control and reconciliation of the City Ledger
• Control of credit card statements and daily bank receipts
• Daily Cash reconciliation and creation of cash journals
• Recording of issued and returned cash floats
• Recording and Reimbursement of Petty Cash
• Month-End Processing of Income Audit and General Cashier journals

The minimum gross wage under the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry is €2,263.00 based on full-time employment. In reality, a higher, market-based wage is paid for this position, depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
