Your new adventure
You are the central hub of a dynamic business unit with a focus on quality and product development, ensuring that workflows run smoothly and efficiently:

Close collaboration with the Head of Department and active support in day-to-day operations

Organization and coordination of workflows, preparation of presentations, meetings, and decision-making materials

Calendar and appointment management for managers and departments

Travel management including planning, visa/entry documentation, and expense accounting

Proactive collaboration with internal stakeholders and interfaces

Organizational and content-related support of projects in the Engineering and Quality environment

Preparation and analysis of reports and technical KPIs

Organization of onboarding processes for new employees

Backup support within assistant functions across R&D business units

Your skills and experiences

Solid commercial education (apprenticeship, business school/HAK, or similar)

At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role (assistant function or office management)

Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a proactive mindset to manage diverse requirements confidently

Hands-on mentality and high level of service orientation, both for strategic topics and daily operational tasks

Very good MS Office skills and affinity for working with and preparing data

Strong communication skills in German and English, enabling confident interaction in an international environment

We offer
You will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 3,396,21 gross/month in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
