The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:

Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie - Pastamara

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes in your designated section, maintaining luxury standards in taste, presentation, and hygiene
• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff, ensuring effective teamwork and performance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation, adhering to food safety and HACCP standards
• Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and assist with stock control and ordering
• Collaborate with Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef on menu development, daily specials, and seasonal offerings

Your Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• High attention to detail, creativity, and passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment
• Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings
• reliable knowledge of English, knowledge of Italian desirable

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position, based on full-time employment, is € 2.263,00 per month. A higher salary may be offered, depending on your qualifications and experience.
