We provide cutting-edge data, insights, and software solutions to the global construction industry. We specialize in project information, eTendering, product information, market intelligence, and specification. We help the world build better by delivering unrivalled insights and technology that shape places where people live, work and play.
Hubexo is transforming. We’re bringing together 26 regional businesses into one global organisation, united by a single mission—to empower the construction industry through data and technology. This is a rare opportunity to join us at a critical stage of our growth journey, helping to shape how we connect, support, and grow our people across Europe.
The Role
We’re looking for a People & Culture Assistant to join our team in Austria. You’ll work closely with our VP People & Culture for UKI & Continental Europe, supporting colleagues across Czechia, Switzerland and Austria.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll support recruitment, HR operations, payroll and engagement initiatives that strengthen our culture and deliver tangible impact.
This is a part-time role and you will be expected to be in the office 2days per week with one / two day working remotely.
This is what you’ll be doing
You’ll support the full recruitment process and be the primary point of contact for our employees ensuring smooth HR operations covering contracts, benefits, payroll and compliance.
You’ll also play a key role in supporting initiatives that support engagement, recognition, and performance—helping to embed a high-performing, connected culture as Hubexo continues its global transformation.
About You
You’re proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working with pace and precision. You bring at least two years of HR experience. Experience in payroll will be desirable.
You’re fluent in English, with a natural ability to build trust. You thrive on ownership and enjoy being the bridge between people, process, and purpose.
Why Hubexo
We’re not here to coast—we’re here to challenge, grow, and build better. For our people and for our customers.
That means we’ll expect a lot from you: ownership, precision, and a drive to lead by example. In return, you’ll gain the chance to shape culture in a global organisation, work alongside international teams, grow your skills through cross-border collaboration, and be part of a business that truly values your impact.
Ready to Build Your Future
At Hubexo, we are united by our vision to empower the construction industry with our innovative insights and technology. We like to dream big and thrive together.
If you're ready to be part of one global team that is helping to shape the future of construction and build a better world, join us!
