In order to strenghten or Finance Team in Dunapack Packaging, we are looking for a

Finance & Business Process Specialist (m/f/d)

YOU WILL.

Main tasks
  • Support change management and adoption of new processes or tools
  • Promote optimal usage of SAP functionalities (especially in FI and CO)
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and inconsistencies across plants and drive harmonization and standardization of finance processes
  • Represent the business side for the Division in SAP-related initiatives, upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements
  • Close collaboration with the group-level SAP team
  • Analyze, document and coordinate end-to-end processes and define clear activity split between local accounting teams and Business Service Accounting
  • Monitor, control and enhance process performance of the Accounting Shared Service Center
  • Contribute to our continuous improvement culture striving for excellence in each area
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT or similar
  • 4+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling or Accounting, ideally in an international manufacturing environment
  • SAP FI/CO knowledge (key-user or consultant level)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional and international teams
  • Experience in process transformation, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured, process-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as German are an asset
  • The role involves travel of up to 30%
