Arnold Immobilien has been successfully active in the market since 2009 and specializes in the brokerage of investment properties across Europe. With branches in Vienna, Berlin, Milan, Madrid, Lisbon, Prague, Bratislava, Budapest, Amsterdam and Stockholm, we are among the leading real estate companies in the European market.
To strengthen our team in Vienna, we are looking for a committed, structured and discreet personality as Personal Assistant to CEO – Marketing & Sales (f/m/d).
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will support our CEO in day-to-day business and independently take on tasks in marketing, sales and internal coordination. You are the central point of contact, ensure smooth processes and actively drive projects forward.
Your tasks include in particular:
- Assistance and organizational support for the CEO (appointment management, travel planning, correspondence)
- Preparation, coordination and follow-up of meetings incl. minutes and task tracking
- Support with marketing and sales activities (documents, presentations, exposés, campaigns)
- Creation of reports, analyses and decision templates (e.g. performance, pipeline, KPIs)
- Interface to internal teams (brokers, assistance, back office) as well as external partners
- Participation in the planning and implementation of social media and communication measures
- Organization and maintenance of customer data (CRM), follow-ups and sales support
- Support with internal projects and special tasks in a growth context
Your Profile
Qualifications
- Completed commercial or business education (e.g. business academy, university of applied sciences, university)
- Initial professional experience in assistance, office management, marketing or sales is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent German and very good English skills
- Experience with CRM systems and social media tools is an advantage
