The Solutions Enablement Specialist, Field Enablement will assist in the design, development, testing, accreditation and launch of new business solutions that exploit the full Kofax technology portfolio. This role will also involve developing, launching and maintaining enablement programs, offerings and tools that support the success of our solutions initiative.
Programming Skills: Experience developing custom BPM/Capture applications in .NET environment (using VB and C# with Microsoft Visual Studio) and Java in (J2EE environment)
Sales Skills: Demonstrable solution sales skills derived from a prior pre-sales technical role
Technical Skills: VMware, Flash, HTML, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office
Needs Analysis: Gathering, scoping, assessing and documenting business requirements
Domain Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the following: Business Process Management; Capture; Enterprise Content Management
Kofax Product Expertise: Solid understanding of Kofax product offerings (emphasis on Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation Modules, Kofax Front Office Server and Kofax TotalAgility)
Industry Knowledge: Proficiency in one or more of the following industries (Banking, Insurance, Government and Healthcare)
Enablement Development: Development of synchronous and asynchronous learning offerings including standardized and non-standardized tests
Enablement Delivery: Delivery of synchronous and asynchronous learning offerings
Other Methodologies: Experience of the following: Return on Investment Calculations; Project Delivery; Proof of Concept/Technology; Kofax - vor 2 Jahren
