Make every guest’s visit unforgettable – from the warmest of welcomes to guiding them through our buzzing dining room. Work side by side with our Restaurant Manager and Supervisors, set the tone for an outstanding guest experience, and deliver heartfelt service in a high-volume, dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the venue
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
• Manage reservations
• Escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas
• Provide menus and introduce the waiter’s name
• Greet guests upon their departure
• Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
• Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g., children, elderly)
• Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
• Assist wait staff as neededWe are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and professional host/hostess with relevant experience who wants to join our team.You are hands-on, a great team player, love the personal approach of an informal restaurant environment, and can quickly establish credibility and respect. You perform well at building strong working relationships. You demonstrate commitment and passion—your approach is enthusiastic, creative, and mature.

• Previous work experience as a host/hostess
• Excellent customer service skills (in person, written, and verbal)
• Flexible availability on nights and weekends
• Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)

• Working Hours: 15 hours per week (3 days)
• Salary: Gross monthly salary of €2,026 for 40 hours/week (in line with the collective labour agreement; pro-rata according to actual working hours).
