Job Description


Your Tasks:

  • Warmly welcoming all hotel and café guests in the hotel lobby
  • Preparing high-quality specialty coffees, cold beverages, and signature drinks
  • Actively engaging with and assisting guests
  • Responsibility for the daily operations of the outlet
  • Providing personalized recommendations for coffee, tea, pastries, and signature offerings
  • Ensuring that guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive


Your Profile:

  • Proven experience as a barista, ideally in a hotel or restaurant setting
  • A passion for coffee and excellent knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing methods
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role, as set out in the collective agreement, is €2,263 on a full-time basis. We are willing to offer a higher salary for this role, depending on your qualifications and professional experience.

Rosewood Vienna opened in July 2022 as the brand’s fifth property in Europe.
