As Board Member for Corporate & Investment Banking, you will play a key role in shaping the bank's strategic direction, driving business performance and sustainable growth, and contributing to the overall leadership of the institution. This role requires strong commercial leadership, strategic vision, and relationship-management capabilities to further strengthen Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine's position as a leading Corporate and Investment Banking partner and capture opportunities arising from the country's current and future economic development.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and take full ownership of the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) business within Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine, while contributing to the broader RBI Group CIB agenda.
• Define and execute the CIB strategy in line with the bank’s overall strategic priorities, RBI Group direction, and Ukraine’s evolving market environment.
• Drive sustainable business growth, profitability, client franchise development, and long-term portfolio quality.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing CIB organization, foster a strong performance culture, and ensure full integration into the RBI Group CIB community.
• Strengthen relationships with large local corporates, mid-market customers, multinational clients, institutional customers, and strategic partners while ensuring high-quality client coverage.
• Ensure an appropriate risk-return profile in line with RBI Group strategy, regulatory requirements, and best market practices.
• Drive product development, digitalization, AI-enabled innovation, process excellence, and business transformation across CIB, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality, state-of-the-art solutions for clients
• across relevant segments.
• Support clients in financing growth, investment, recovery, and development opportunities, including those arising from Ukraine’s reconstruction and increasing integration with international markets.
• Contribute to the overall leadership and strategic direction of the bank as a Management Board member and represent the bank towards clients, regulators, shareholders, and other external stakeholders.

Your Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven senior leadership experience in Corporate & Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, structured finance, trade finance, treasury/capital markets-related products, or related financial services businesses.
• Strong track record in business growth, client franchise development, relationship management, and large-scale corporate client portfolio management.
• Deep understanding of corporate banking, lending, treasury, financial markets products, and corporate client needs.
• Strong understanding of the sectors expected to drive future economic growth, investment activity, and reconstruction in Ukraine.
• Solid understanding of regulatory, governance, risk, and financial frameworks relevant to a Management Board role.
• Strong client orientation and commercial presence, combined with excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Ability to build trust, engage senior decision-makers, and deliver results in complex and dynamic environments.
• Experience at senior management or board level is highly desirable; experience in Central and Eastern Europe and/or other emerging markets is a strong advantage.
• Open-minded, curious, and eager to learn, with a strong transformation mindset, interest in AI and digitalization, and willingness to continuously develop further.
• Excellent command of Ukrainian and English is required, together with willingness and ability to be regularly present in Kyiv and to travel for business within Ukraine as needed.
• Fulfilment of all Fit & Proper requirements applicable to a Management Board position.
