On behalf of our client, a 4-star superior hotel and resort in East Tyrol, Austria, we are seeking a Chef de Partie / Cook (m/f/d).

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparing meals for hotel guests
• Independently managing the assigned kitchen station
• Preparing and organizing the mise en place
• Preparing breakfast or the evening menu, depending on the position and level of experience
• Working in a kitchen that offers an extensive breakfast buffet, afternoon desserts, and a four-course dinner menu
• Ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace
• Collaborating closely with the kitchen and service teams
• Adhering to hotel standards and HACCP food safety regulations

Your profile:

• Previous professional kitchen experience
• Experience in an upscale hotel or restaurant kitchen is an advantage
• Experience as a Chef de Partie, Entremetier, Breakfast Chef, Independent Cook, or in a similar role
• Experience preparing hotel menus, breakfast, à la carte dishes, or half-board meals is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks
• Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Well-groomed appearance with a professional attitude
• Team player with strong collaboration skills
• Willingness to work in a professional hotel environment
• Knowledge of German is a significant advantage
