Workdays are long in a large territory because of the extended drive time and the required calls per day, but the compensation is fair and the benefits are good. The district managers I had were motivational, transparent, relaxed, helpful, and they cared about MY development. The hardest part of the job is balancing work and home life because your day is never done when you get home: lots of emails, administrative deadlines, training modules, advisory teams, conference calls, expense reports, etc. The best part of the job is the reward of helping patients get the medicines they need.
