No hikes / very nominal hikes. No guarantee on the hike part even once in 3 years! This is very much required to compensate for the inflation, some management guys are very rude and unprofessional. Job security is a key factor but that feeling is not given.

DXC offers cool environment and work culture, cares about employees in terms of empathy.

Management is a bit slow paced and takes job advancement at low pace, not for employees with aggressive career aspirations.

Had a good and bad experience but offlate everything is worst, culture, advancement, process, HR existence is hardly visible, vision and mission is not clear, focused solely on WFR etc.

Entreprise inhumaine, absence de management, manque de communication, trop de favoritisme, amateurisme professionnel au niveau des managers. Pas représentive des valeurs qu elle prone, en interne c est une vraie boutique.

I enjoyed my time at DXC. The work required a high skillset and the ability to adapt quickly in a deadline environment, all that pressure offset by positive attitudes and excellent work/life balance options.

DXC was in trouble even before covid. This situation pushed DXC over the edge and we are seeing management slashing jobs without concern for business, meaning sometimes from the ranks cuts make no sense. We hope ship will be corrected in the right direction!

Workers are left alone to do their job. Salary increases were few and far between for average workers. Favorites seemed to be promoted via organizational restructuring and without a notice to apply to the local workforce.

No Growth prospective, only back office clerical job at senior level also nothing to learn new management skill. Not a good place to work and worst work life balance. There is no regular appraisal and increment process.

I have worked for 13 different companies since 1993. I can honestly say that my experience with DXC has been the worst. Revolving door upper and mid management, no raises, no oversight over local onsite management, poor review process, overall lack of common sense to their organizational structure and processes.
Typical Day at work: Login from home, do reports, check email, attend an occasional meeting. My job was to internally support those assigned to the customer.

DXC is a combination of Hewlett-Packard Enterprise employees and CSC employees, merged into one. The cause of that merger was thousands of "pink slips" to be issued for duplicate work. The organization has at least 3 different time-keeping systems and Human Resource managers are expected to navigate all three.

Prior to becoming DXC, "the name on the door" for me was Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Prior to that, it was Hewlett Packard, and prior to that (before my time) it was EDS. Many of my older co-workers had been EDS legacy employees.

What I learned: When a company shows you what it's like, it will never change (positive or negative), so if you don't like it, get out.

Workplace Culture: Low morale due to lack of raises, revolving HR management, thousands of firings, and no advancement opportunities.

Hardest Part of the Job: Accepting the fact that a workplace can exist that has zero accountability to its managers, and that internal groups designed to deal with corrupt and abusive management are just there for window dressing

Enjoyable part of the job: Working from home, unlimited time off with approval/coverage.

I was hired on as a contractor for one year, I only worked 2 months before being laid off. They could have definitely used more time in training. But overall the work family you find there is inviting.

Short breaks, will get docked for time if late.

This company will not give you a raise for nothing. Even after 5 years everyone hates it and wants to quite due to low pay and no raise they just promise you a $500 bonus at the end of year review if you do good. Well one you do good or rank number on you get absolutely nothing but lies and empty promises.

Management is quick to get rid of the higher paid Senior Techs and replace them with younger lower paid. Constant lay offs are gonna be happening daily. Management does not care about your success.

Good work life balance. Good people. Employees are cooperative each other. More flexibility. Yearly 10 days shut down holidays. No much pressure.

It depends on which area you are working. It can be more stressfull depending on phase of project or a client. But as well it is pretty productive and it can be very relaxed
It is always nice to work in such environment.

People are very much knowledge sharing oriented.
