Working at DXC is not something I would wish on anyone. Poor leadership, I averaged 2 new managers every year while doing the same role. Unrealistic deadlines for high profile projects. You are treated like a tool, no raises, no bonus for the past 6 years. Constantly looking over your shoulder wondering if you will be let go due to latest reorg or company trying to make the quarterly numbers. DXC is constantly changing the organization and this clearly shows a lack in leadership. High level leaders come and go on a monthly basis. If you enjoy constant turmoil, no raises, and no growth opportunities this is the place for you.
