There is no Growth Overall. Career wise also. There is no Benefits on compensation. No hikes. By Chance if you get hike then for next 48 months there is a freeze on your position.
No proper management communication.
The bad side: DXC as a company is primarily focused on cost savings, rather than winning business. They do so either by not paying or delaying variable compensations indefinitely or do sudden workforce reductions. On the other hand, no clear career progression and appraisals are done just for the sake of it. Yearly increments are unheard of, and Indian leadership is quite clueless since everything is decided from the US. The good side: Lots of learning materials at your disposal There are plenty of trainings and skill development programs which you can use to upskill. They are mostly free. Also, they have flexible working from home options.
Work from home options, Internal Training modules
Variable compensation is almost never received, No increments.
No hikes / very nominal hikes. No guarantee on the hike part even once in 3 years! This is very much required to compensate for the inflation, some management guys are very rude and unprofessional. Job security is a key factor but that feeling is not given.
Very good brand (HP/CSC), Excellent Transportation, cultured team members
Average with benefits, hikes are nill / nominal, poor rating system, no job security
No Job security.Fire any time.no salary when fire.terrible management.Hire and fire rule . every day firing.3rd class company.this is not good company. after joining you are spoiling your carrier
no pros. managers are playing politics.
managers are playing politics. never join this company.
working culture is very worst, management is very bad, they doesn't have forecasting for projects. No yearly Hike. Lot of lay offs. If you are working for multiple customers then you need to work 24/7 because no shift and resources are very less. 2- Dba's are working for 24/7 for a customer. Which is really bad with lot of workload.
HP was a great organisation and then HPE happened which was still good and then DXC happened. DXC is right now in the middle of a turmoil where folks have been asked to go without any logic/justification. New management is as clueless as a deer in front of headlights! Its a scary prospect to be walking the edge of the sword on a daily basis.
