Disconnect between teams doing work for and located with clients and the managers at other locations and corporate offices. Managers care about billed hours of employees and nothing much else.
Career growth opportunities are hard to find, and zero compensation raises for years.
If it weren't for challenging, creative work opportunities with client, I'd have moved on many years ago.
