One of the worst experiences of my life as far as a job in the tech industry. Chaotic, management is spread very thin and projects are cancelled at the drop of a hat once the client finds out the work can not be done. 85% of the employees are from India so communication is a major issue.

Bean counting is how business is done. It doesn't matter what product you're working on - you can be cut at any time without reason. The IT support for employees is even sub-par for a large tech company. If you take a full-time job, think of it as a contract.

Work environment is pretty bad and no appraisal but lots of review meetings

DXC work environment is very bad. They are not employee friendly. No salary hike at all. Don't join this company. If you are a fresher they will put you in some old project and your career graph will start to decline. They will keep atleast 4 review meetings each year without any appraisal. Employees will never feel as a part in this company. Work life balance would be based on the project.

Basic entry level positions available, management is not supportive and you will not receive any raises or bonuses. Hard to advance to a different level typically need to leave company and then apply for a different level to get rehired for a level II and more pay.

The company started its downfall when it became DXC Technology, it took a lot of bad management decisitons, I had a lot of coworkers leave for better opportunities as there was not good future there. The salaries were really low with no opportunity to get a promotion.

Disconnect between teams doing work for and located with clients and the managers at other locations and corporate offices. Managers care about billed hours of employees and nothing much else.
Career growth opportunities are hard to find, and zero compensation raises for years.
If it weren't for challenging, creative work opportunities with client, I'd have moved on many years ago.

The projects they have use really old software.
If you are starting your career avoid this company.
They use old methodologies.
The documentation process is three times more consuming than the developing/solving an issue.
There is no growth.
