Poor leadership, no direction, no raises, no promotions

I’ve been with the company since it was still part of HP. Almost everyone I came to know has left or been laid off. Most of the knowledgable employees are gone, so there’s lots of time lost with new folks trying to figure it out or not knowing what they’re doing. And you get stuck with extra work with every new round of lay offs. Promotions and raises are rare, even with great reviews. Bonuses are basically nonexistent.

The only reason they claim to give unlimited leave is in order to avoid showing a liability for it, thus making their balance sheet look more favorable. It also allows them to screw you when they dump you.
The leave policy requires that you only take 10 days and then are required to work 4 months before taking any other time. 10 days every 4.5 months totals 26 days per year for ALL leave! Entry level careers with 2 weeks vacation, 10 sick says and 2 personal days give you that much.
It's just another DXC misrepresentation and lie to employees AND clients (and there are many).
There are none
If you are hard working, honest and ethical, it's not for you.
The people at DXC are fantastic. Top talent with excellent interaction. Executive leadership was lacking in ability to make quality decisions and motivate employees. 6 years without a raise or promotion. Poor benefits package. Constant workforce reductions.
