Eaton was the worst work experience of my life, I'm grateful for the opportunity but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
OverallMy experience working at Eaton was horrible, it was my first work experience but outside of 2 Managers. The rest of them were terrible people, especially the human resources managers. They tried their best to set you up, it was a backstabbing and snitching type of environment where the ones who sucked up to the supervisors and managers were taken care of but the hard workers were mistreated.
Poor support from administration. Lack of involvement in problematic situations. HR does not know people on the floor. They rely on word from managers and no justice is made when claims are presented.
No work/ life balance. No support. Policies and rules change constantly at administration benefit.
From Eaton, I obtained a great learning and professional development experience. I loved the work I did, I did it with excellent performance, commitment, passion, and dynamism. Eaton offers excellent benefits and compensation. Security and advancement are going slowly and trying to be committed. Job work and life balance are aligned according to business needs. It is a company with great goals and expectations that work very hard for the company's goals. It has excellent employees who know well the work they do and work with commitment every day. Bosses must be more committed to their employees and provide a good work culture. But nevertheless, it has a poor work culture. A good work culture defines the success of a company. Is important for the company to value what leads its success, its employees, its best asset. Employees need to feel recognized and motivated by their managers. If this doesn't happen, motivation and customer satisfaction come down. A bad culture in the workplace can be a factor of failure for the company. If you keep your employees motivated, their commitment is also maintained, therefore, the company earns and saves money. Customers depend on employees offering excellent service. The Compay should focus a little more to provide a good work environment where there are values, ethics, and professionalisms.
1- llegar y verificar el area de trabajo. 2-coordinar trabajos en preceso y trabajos asignados 3- asignar trabajos segun schedule 4- verificar ausentismo en mi turno. 5- verificar cualquier material rush, que halla q darle prioridad 6- estar pendientes a los breaks, y a cualquier problema que surgiere. 7- coorinar con tooling cualquier molde en proceso 8- verificar que los sampling se hagan a la mayor brevedad posible para comensar a prducir. 9- llevar a lcabo 5s
Good facilities, excellent safety culture, good benefits, large manufacturing support team, huge global presence, great diversity of marketed products and very sustainable.
