An active real estate agent is always looking for business. My day begins by listening to real estate motivational tapes. Then prospecting for sellers and buyers, lead follow- up, going appointments with buyers or sellers. A real estate agent does not get paid until the property closes which depends upon a lot of things going right. Client relationship is a very important part of our job, you have to be able to get a sense of your client's personality in order to better serve them. Being able to write a contract based on the client's needs/wants and protection is very important. An agent facilitates the contract from the time it is an offer to an executed contract to the end which is closing. It is rewarding when you make it to the closing table and your clients are happy with either selling or buying.
