Greentube's equivallent of product discovery is basically hacking and delivering to customers, which enabled them to iterate on products quicker than some companies but isn't enough to take them to the next step.
The company really needs to develop a product management culture and product development practices that engage engineering teams and get them excited and motivated about both the company and the products. Until then, they will struggle to ensure durable agile teams.
Ultimately they're still doing waterfall product management with projects being pushed down from C-Level, command and conquer style and I haven't seen anything there to suggest they will be able to scale management and product practices to the next level.
Good work life balance
Very poor communication from the top down and misaligned management
