Awesome company, great coworkers, friendly management

Lots of positive things about this company, I think the biggest of which is the fact that management cares about their employees and there's an emphasis on employee well-being. Everyone I interacted with, whether over the phone, via email/chat, or in person were very understanding and pleasant to work with. There was definitely more than enough to do, among managing inventory and Active Directory objects, imaging PCx and doing hardware break/fix, working trouble tickets, project work, etc.
Which brings me to the only real con about my time with this company: the workload. There's so much to do one could easily pull 50+ hours in a week-and even then you might not get everything done. With a company as large as Ingersoll Rand it's understandable there's going to be a lot of work to do, but the company doesn't have quite enough cooks in the kitchen to adequately support the workload.
That aside, however, Ingersoll Rand is really a great company to work for (if you enjoy a fast-paced environment with plenty of work).
