Very large company with many divisions. I can only speak for mine, which suffered nearly constant re-orgs and high turnover. Between my direct leader and the next three levels up, so four leader levels total, there were 12 leadership changes in my first 18 months at Oracle. The long-term employees and leaders definitely know how to work the system, sometimes to the detriment of the newer employees. Oracle has some great products, they really do - if they could only get out of their own way they'd squash the competition.
