QI does not budget for or hire enough resources to do the job with quality in mind. Jobs/tasks/roles continually moved to other countries and lower level, quality staff to save $. Constant meetings with little time for real work, team is so spread out over time zones it is difficult to find time to work together. Lucky my immediate team and project lead are good. Upper top level mgmt uses nagging, bullying tactics with constantly changing requests instead of simply taking ownership for their role in not planning for need of project initially instead of focus on a lower budget. I know other CROs are similar, it would be nice to find one that stands up for quality and true work life balance, unfortunately it's just a buzz word and workaholics, high type A staff don't mind, so the culture continues. Systems are cumbersome, not user friendly. Intranet is bulky, very difficult to find anything. Long time employees are simply familiar with these so they don't see it. Stay away!!
