This company is willing to work with you if you have decent relevant experience, even if it is not specifically in B2B or the staffing industry, as long as you have experience/education. Training could have been better, I feel as though I would have benefited more from training from a previous actual recruiter as opposed to strictly all through computer training programs. Also it should probably be mentioned that your coworkers will GREATLY determine your mood for the work day, as there are no cubicles or any form of "privacy". Desks are joined and you are constantly surrounded by your peers, not saying that that is a good or bad thing or that your specific office will be set up this way. Overall, good company that is willing to train you and promotes from within. I would recommend.
Good benefits, decent pay, good schedule
Joined desks, sometimes lack of goal setting, no person to person training
