A lot to like, but at the end of the day I felt replacable
Customer Experience Specialist (Ehemaliger Mitarbeiter) – Devon, PA – 24. Juli 2019
The sales environment is very lax compared to most car dealerships. For the position I was in I got paid a flat rate of $20.00. I have heard this position has been cut since I left. Those making the commission for car sales got a better base pay than most car salesmen, but less commision payouts. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed. Job security is a bit shakey for sales.
PROCESS ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN (Derzeitiger Mitarbeiter) – Sparks, NV – 19. Oktober 2019
Every day there is no telling what you are going to walk into, Your area might be clean, or it might be filled with random stuff scattered everywhere as well as trash.
There is no accountability if tools go missing, or if some people go missing for hours. Unless someone messes up the product being made, then all people start caring.
Personal lockers and toolboxes always get broken into, and the supervisors/managers do nothing about it.
Most supervisors and managers don't know what Process Engineering technicians are supposed to be doing and don't care to learn. They instead try to push Maintance's job on Process then figure out what Process is here for.
With traffic to and fro, your 12 hour day turns into more of a 14 hour day, and that's if you live close to the factory. There is no real balance to your work and life, especially if you work nights.
The only real plus is the compensation and benefits; you can't beat them anywhere else in the Reno area. Though due to the housing market and the crazy price of daycares in the area, the pay does not go very far, especially if you have a family.
Production Associate (Ehemaliger Mitarbeiter) – Sparks, NV – 19. Oktober 2019
its a great place to work but if you not careful you will work till you drop. they wont send you home when sick without threatening your job. the days off arent worth it either. you have to use two of them to stay in your work routine
