Join our Global HR team at our headquarters in Salzburgand gain hands-on experience in strategic HR projects while developing your project management skills.You will collaborate with an international team, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to initiatives that make a real impact.
The internshipstarts as soon as possibleand offers flexibility:full-time is preferred, but part-time is possible (starting from approx. 10 hrs/week).The duration can range from 6 to 12 months.

Tasks

  • Collaborate with senior HR professionals on exciting strategic projects
  • Support the Engagement Survey process and help analyze key insights
  • Contribute to Job Grading roll-out and Career Model conception
  • Drive impactful Learning & Development initiatives
  • Create compelling presentations and clear reports using PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ensure smooth coordination and documentation of project activities

Skills

  • Currently enrolled student or recent graduate
  • Fluent in English, German appreciated
  • Confident in using PowerPoint and Excel
  • Highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn and grow
  • Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent team player
  • Flexible availability (part-time possible, ideally full-time)

Weoffer agross monthly salary of €1.600for a full-time internship. For part-time arrangements, the salary will be adjusted accordingly.
