As HR Generalist, you will take ownership of core HR processes and act as a strategic and operational partner to management and employees alike.

HR & People Operations

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to contract signing
• Own onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
• Maintain and continuously improve employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
• Serve as the primary contact person for employees on all HR-related matters
• Ensure full compliance with Austrian labor law, including contracts, working time regulations, and statutory reporting
• Support leadership with workforce planning, headcount tracking, and organizational development
• Coordinate payroll-relevant data in collaboration with external payroll providers
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, guidelines, and processes

Administration & Coordination

• Act as a link between management, employees, and external partners (authorities, payroll providers, benefits providers)
• Support general administrative tasks related to HR operations

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in HR administration or HR generalist roles, ideally with exposure to Austrian labor law
• Mother-tongue level German; very good English (C1)
• Strong knowledge of Austrian labor law and HR best practices
• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
• Discreet, trustworthy, and confident handling sensitive information
• Independent, proactive, and reliable working style
• Confident using Microsoft Office and HR/payroll software
