~ サイト戦略と現地トレーニング計画に合わせた技術トレーニングプログラムの設計と開発
~ 現場のトレーニング戦略を提示し、監査役の質問に回答する
~ 特定の認証、システム、プロセス等の資格
~ コーチング、ファシリテーション、コンサルティング、トレーナーのスキルと資格
~ 内部監査役等の認証
~ 製薬業界および製造業での経験
~ GMPおよびHSE規則、ノバルティスの品質/安全方針、および規格および品質/安全手順に関する製造ユニット活動の適合性を保証する
~ ビジネス継続性計画の有効性の保証
~ プロジェクトにおけるノバルティスのデータ整合性規格、CSV、IGM の適用を確実に行う
~ 受領後24時間以内にノバルティス製品に関連する技術的苦情/有害事象/特殊事例の報告
~ マーケティングサンプルの配布(該当する場合)
